How can I track my order?
You can track your order on Kilimall APP or use phone browse to login at here>>http://m.kilimall.co.ke/order/
1. Firstly go to Account
Center, and then tap "Orders" icon
2. Secondly, you can check
your orders categorized in different folds: Pending Payment, In Transit,
Feedback, Completed. The shipping details are not support but we will improve
Delivery is dependent on the icon the item has. Any item with a purple aeroplane icon is delivered 15-25 working days. Those with a green teardrop , delivery is 3- 5 working days.Those items with an orange lightning or FBK icon) delivery is 1- 3 working days.
